While forest transparency and action is increasing ahead of the EU Deforestation Regulation’s implementation at the end of this year, 33% of companies in its scope still have no deforestation commitment.

EUDR is driving corporate action on deforestation, with more traceability and reporting mechanisms put in place by forest-dependent firms, according to Global Canopy’s 12th annual Forest 500 report.
