Investors worth US$1.8tn urge freight companies to cut emissions

A group of 31 investors representing over US$1.8 trillion in assets under management are calling for the freight and logistics sector to urgently address emissions.

In a public statement, the signatories – including Akademiker Pension, LBP AM, Ethos Foundation, PIRC and Achmea – explain that they consider air pollution as a material business risk within their portfolios, and that too little has been done so far to mitigate it.
