Net zero business travel accelerating SAF adoption
Purchases are led by companies in the tourism and travel sector and in the tech, telecom and media sector.
The number of companies purchasing sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) to contribute to their net zero business travel commitments has increased by 30% over the past year.
This is according to research released this week by the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) Foundation’s SAF Acceleration Challenge, which gathers 285 companies to accelerate the take-up of SAF.
