Number of companies reporting through CDP dipped last year – but disclosure quality improved
In 2025, 640 investors with US$127 trillion in assets requested CDP disclosures.
Slightly fewer companies reported on their environmental impacts through CDP last year than in 2024 – but more of those who did obtained an ‘A’ score for the quality of their disclosures.
CDP said last week that over 22,100 companies reported climate and nature impacts on its platform in 2025 – a slight 2.6% drop from the record 22,700 firms that reported in 2024.
