Jacky So joined facilities management firm OCS in 2023, at an unusual time: the group had just finalised its merger with Atalian Global Services, resulting in a 120,000+ workforce and the need to revise and unify sustainability objectives.
This was a new challenge for So, who had so far been part of established sustainability teams in legacy businesses with fixed ESG targets – including the likes of THG, British Airways and Siemens.
