Access Bookings ESG Director Adam Hall on shifting the business travel mindset for sustainability

Access Bookings is a specialised travel agency for TV and film productions, and ESG Director Adam Hall has been with the firm for more than 21 years. In this time, he has seen the conversation about hotel sustainability change dramatically – but an old-fashioned mindset around business travel remains a challenge.

“When I started in the industry, sustainability wasn't even a consideration for people. But certainly in the last five years there's definitely been a big change. All of the big companies that we work with now have sustainability coordinators, people looking at the way they can improve on their sustainability initiatives and make their business travel and their productions more sustainable,” Hall, who started leading Access Bookings’ sustainability strategy a year and a half ago after 20 years in sales, explains.
