Stephanie Greene, Cushman & Wakefield's Chief Sustainability Officer and Global Head of Sustainability Services

Commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield has named Stephanie Greene as its new Chief Sustainability Officer and Global Head of Sustainability Services.

Greene replaces Jessica Francisco, who became the company’s first CSO in April 2024 and left in October 2025 to take on the CEO position at New York-based real estate sustainability consultancy Longevity Partners.
