An ambitious law requiring companies to electrify their fleets would create demand for 2 million new EVs.
Mandating large EU companies to electrify their corporate fleets could deliver more than half of the electric vehicle (EV) demand carmakers need by 2030, according to new research by Transport & Environment (T&E).
This would support the EU’s 2030 emissions targets for car manufacturers, who argue that there is not enough EV demand to meet these goals.
