According to Reverse Logistics Group (RLG) by Reconomy, the international circular economy specialist, the accelerating roll out of Textile EPR across Europe will soon create increasingly complex cross-border reporting requirements for multinational brands.

EU member states will be required to transpose the new rules into national law by June 2027 and establish operational schemes by April 2028, meaning brands operating across Europe will need to navigate a patchwork of different reporting obligations.
