Petrobras names new interim Chief Sustainability Officer
William Vella Nozaki, Chief Energy Transition and Sustainability Officer at Petrobras

Brazilian oil and gas company Petrobras has announced that William Vella Nozaki will become its new interim Chief Energy Transition and Sustainability Officer from August 1.

Vella Nozaki was appointed by Petrobras’ board of directors this week. He has been serving as the company's head of Integrated Energy Transition Management (a position reporting to the Chief Energy Transition and Sustainability Officer), since August 2024.
