Houston & Hawkes is a B2B foodservice business founded in 2019 in London by Simon Houston and Dave Hawkes. Advertising itself as ‘the B Corp caterer’, the company has exceeded the performance goals it set for itself at the start – despite being hit by the Covid-19 pandemic a few months into operations.
Co-Founder and Director Simon Houston tells CSO Futures how putting sustainable values at the heart of the business has supported its commercial growth, and what kinds of trade-offs were necessary to get there.
